Suma Frit D9.1 este un produs concentrat pentru curatarea murdariei dificile destinat curatarii periodice a friteuzelor, filtrelor metalice ale hotelor, cuptoarelor cu autocuratare si gurilor de scurgere.

Suma Frit D9.1 este un produs de curatat concentrat sub forma de pudra pentru friteuze. Formula contine un nivel ridicat de alcali pentru indepartarea eficienta a murdariei carbonizate. Contine de asemenea un amestec de surfactanti si sechestranti care actioneaza impotriva redepunerilor in toate conditiile de umiditate.

Fryer cleaning:
Drain oil and close valve.
Fill with water to almost oil fill level.
Prepare a solution of 20g/l* of Suma Frit D9.1 in hot water (2% solution). Check oil capacity for fill level.
Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 10-30 minutes.
After cooling and draining, scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer pad or brush.
Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry.
Grill extractor cleaning:
Dismantle the grill extractor.
Place the parts in previously prepared solution of 20g/l* Suma Frit D9.1 in hot water
(2% solution).
Leave for 15-60 minutes.
Rinse well with clean water and allow to air dry.
Drain cleaning:
Prepare a minimum recommended dosing of 20g/l* of Suma Frit D9.1 in hot water (2% solution).
Pour carefully into the drain.
Leave for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse with clean water and check if it flows well.
Repeat if necessary.
Oven (with automatic cleaning procedure) cleaning:
Make sure the oven is cooled down. Remove large debris.
Always follow the oven manufacturer's instructions.
Depending on soiling level and oven size, place 25-100g of Suma Frit on the floor of the oven.
Start the automatic cleaning programme.
Rinse the oven after cleaning.
